WINEMAKING: Direct pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. Light filtration on earth when the sugar balance is reached in order not to disgorge. Bottling after filtration as soon as the wine starts to ferment again. End of fermentation in lying bottles then aging in bottles for 5 months.

 

How to Enjoy: This wine, to be served very chilled, can be drunk alone, without accompaniment, it is a festive wine, an aperitif, to drink with friends in the summer. It can be drunk at any time of the day or night. It goes very well with seafood, Serrano ham chiffonade, scallop ceviche or Coeur de Neufchatel.
