WINEMAKING: Like all Ganevat wines, this wine has no additives of any kind (no sulphur) and is made with indigenous yeasts and no fining or filtration. Elevage of a year in French oak barrels. Give it some air after opening and watch the flavours develop in the glass over several hours (if you can wait that long).
TASTING NOTES: Deep & rich aromas with flavours of black cherry, liquorice & some smoky tones, with some savoury, herbal notes adding to the depth.
