WINEMAKING: Hand picked on 2 & 7 April 2019. 16 hl/ha. Press overnight with basket press. Natural yeast fermentation in oak barrels. 17 months in old French oak barrels. Unfiltered & unfined. No additives except for <19mg/L sulphites before bottling. Aged for a further year in bottle before release.

TASTING NOTES: Creamy nose, with apple crunch, vanilla and buttery notes. On the palate it is round and creamy, with a nice acidity to balance it out and long finish.
