Château D'Agassac

Tasting Notes

- To The Eye: A deep garnet red with hints of purple enhances this wine’s crystalline radiance.

- First Nose: The delicate and powerful bouquet offers up aromas of stone fruit in brandy andripe black cherries, all coated in a note of camphor.

- After Airing: As it develops, the aromatic presence of fruit macerated in kirsch begins toemerge. The black cherry notes (against an aromatic background of incense) come through,supported by a delicate vanilla oak. With a little oxygenation, the minerality appears and the fruitynotes become more precise and radiant.

- Oo The Palate: With rich, already silky tannins coating a delicate and precise texture, thestructure of this wine is rich and dense with damp garrigue, black pepper and camphor notes. Thelingering finish is fine and fruity, sustained by complex minty notes defining the Agassac terroir.
