Overall Impression: A silky pink colour with hints of gold. Fine bubbles. An expressive, delicate nose of red fruits. Smooth on the palate with mineral freshness, balanced with flavours of red berry and exotic fruit.

Fermentation: Stainless steel, temperature controlled tanks; malolactic fermentation completed; red wines vinified from old vines.
Assemblage and Reserve Wines: Selection blended with red wine and up to 30% of reserve wines, depending on the character of each vintage.
Ageing: 36 months maturation on the yeasts.
Disgorging: 6 months prior to shipping.
Dosage: 7 g/l.
