Sauvignon bianco in purity produced from a single vineyard planted in 2001 at Villa Papiano at an altitude of 480 meters above sea level. The soils are sandy and calcareous children of sandstone with exposure to the West. Vinification without skins, with vertical pressing. This is followed by fermentation and maturation 50% in cement and 50% in wood (225-liter oak barriques from Vosges, Gascony and Burgundy). Bottling in May following the harvest and minimum aging in bottle for 12 months. The name Tresche is a reference to the complex love affairs in the court of the Medici that are the basis of the birth of Villa Papiano in the distant '400. The label is inspired by one of the most famous paintings in Romagna and portrays a young girl engaged in crushing grapes.
