The dry Gutsriesling from the AJ Adam winery was picked from the vine at the beginning of October with an 80° ox and then pressed directly with stems. The expansion took place in stainless steel in order to stylistically emphasize the natural cool freshness of the Riesling. The Gutsriesling is very clear and tidy in the scent, with citrusy freshness and a subtle slate note. Juicy and acidic on the palate, but also subtle and delicate. Emphatically slim in body with low alcohol and a nice straight drinking flow, it offers a lot of swing and finesse. Strong estate wine!
