Varietal Composition: Made with Tempranillo variety grapes from our “La Morejona” estate, planted in 1959 and located at more than 820 m. altitude.
Harvest: Manual in boxes of 15 kilos, transported in a refrigerated truck.
Elaboration: Manual selection of clusters on a first table, mechanical destemming and subsequent selection of grape berries on a second table. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 2 days.
Alcoholic fermentation and maceration: For 14 days in a 30 Hl wooden vat.
Malolactic fermentation: in French oak barrels.
Aging: it remained 14 months in French oak barrels and 9 months in a 15 Hl wooden cask.
Alcoholic Graduation: 14.5% Vol.
Bottling Date: September 2016.
Visual phase: Intense red color with violet rims, high robe.
Olfactory phase: Varietal exaltation of Tempranillo on the nose. Fine fruity aromas , with hints of blue flowers and soft mineral notes.
Gustatory phase: Succulent entry into the mouth followed by pleasant sensations of freshness perfectly assembled with its aging. It shows finesse and distinctive elegance.
