LE VAU JAUMIER is the last harvested terroir of the whole estate. After crushing and de-stemming the harvest, the ALF is carried out in thermal regulated stainless steel vats, followed by a maceration to perfect the extraction. after devatting and pressiong, MLF takes in vats or barrel. The wine is put into oak barrels. It is racked once after 6 months in the air to allow a natural stablization of the components. Bottled without fining and filtering.
Prestigious Cuvee, ruby, dark brilliant and intense. The aromas are open, complex, and powerful, with animal and woody (Vanilla and spicy) notes. Marriage between very ripe red fruits almost candied, the tannins of the grape and the oak barrel.
