Vineyard: Whole Bunches of grapes are pour into the vat. This allows "no surfeit" during 15 days of fermentation. The wine is aged in wooden vats for 6 months then bottled without fining or filtration.
Impression: It is a natural wine with very fruity raspberry nose and very elegant, velvet and silky.
