The specific terroir is a mixture of schist and crumbly rocks.
Hand-picked grapes. Natural vinification. No inputs are used during the vinification. Only indigenous yeasts without addition of sulphites.
Semi carbonic maceration. Maturing in casks. No filtration.
The aromas are young, fruity and silky with a beautiful structure. The tannins are well blended.
The colour is purplish red.
Grilled meats and stews. It is also excellent with Asian and Indian cuisine.
