After being destemmed and crushed, the grapes are macerated. After numerous punching of the cap, the wine is aged from 18 months to 24 months in oak barrels and then rests 8 months in vats before continuing its ageing in bottles in order to offer you a vintage ready to drink when it is marketed.
Its purple colour with garnet highlights reveals a complex nose of ripe red fruits and candied prunes. On the palate, the above-mentioned aromas will remain for a long time and at the end notes of hazelnut will be discovered.
