WINEMAKING: Fermented with its indigenous yeasts. Vinified and aged 2 years in barrels with toping up. Unfined and unfiltered. Without sulphites added.

TASTING NOTES: White fruits, pear and exotic fruits aromas (lytchee) with a hint of smokey and buttery notes. Round on the palate with a nice freshness. Balanced and elegant with a long length.
