The Land
“Pian delle Mole” is named after an ancient grain mill that lies 500 metres above sea level with a Northern aspect, with sandy-clayey soils rich in marine sediments and surrounded by hazelnut groves and a white truffle forest. 

Vinification
Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel tanks, which takes at least 15 days. Giulia takes a gentle approach in the vineyard and cellar, with careful extractions of colours but not compromising on flavours.
