From a vineyard in Predappio Alta planted in 1972 with 6,000 vines per hectare at 180 meters above sea level. Maceration in an open vat for 20 days then maturation of 8 months half in wood and for the other half in cement then at least 18 months of rest in the bottle. From the clays rich in sulphurous minerals typical of the cru comes a wine that combines elegance and power, complementary to the wines of Modigliana where the sands, the forest and the altitude lead to thinner, fresher, very salty and less tannic wines. Of this label it was written: "An epochal wine".
